Crisis Track - the industry leader in disaster management software - is looking for an energetic, driven account manager in its Midwest territory to support all sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity. Being a fairly new niche, the midwest territory is mostly profitable green field market space.
Experience and backgrounds can vary. What we hire are the outstanding performers. If you are average, you can earn $50k. But if you are a top performer you can earn $150k or more.
We make Crisis Track, which is a cloud-based system that local governments use to manage disasters and other emergency events like search and rescue. When there is a hurricane, forest fire, flooding or other disaster, our system is used to track the situation, collect data, and help make decisions based on the analytics. We are changing the way that cities and counties are operating during these critical events.
Our sales process relies on frequent, consistent, and upbeat contact with our prospects throughout the sales cycle. This process requires someone with outstanding communication skills, a great attention to detail, and a drive to close. As an sales manager, you will be expected to:
We are a small team, and all typically work independently from home. If there is a hurricane or other major disaster affecting the US, then it is all hands on deck. Otherwise, we believe in flexible schedules, no timesheets, and no micromanaging. For this position sales is the only criteria for success.
